标准化护理程序在重症监护室心衰患者病情观察中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化护理程序在重症监护室心衰患者病情观察中的应用效果。方法选取本院重症监护室进行治疗的心衰患者134例为研究对象,根据患者的不同护理流程分为观察组和对照组各67例。对照组进行常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上给予抢救护理、心理护理及健康宣教等标准化护理程序。对2组心衰患者护理后的临床疗效、致死率、致残率、急救反应时间及院内反应时间、护理服务满意度进行比较。结果标准化护理程序实施后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压及心率均显著低于护理前及对照组(P<0.05);而对照组实施常规护理方式后,护理前后收缩压、舒张压及心率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组患者实施标准化护理后病死率、致残率均低于对照组,医护人员急救反应时间及院内反应时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对心力衰竭抢救期间护理服务的满意度为95.55%,对照组为89.55%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室心衰患者实施标准化护理程序,可有效降低患者的死亡率及致残率,标准化护理程序不仅提高了护理工作的质量,更有利于患者的健康。Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing program in patients with heart failure in observation of disease in the intensive care unit. Methods A total of 134 cases with heart failure in ICU were included in the study,and were divided into control group and observation group with 67 cases in each group according to patients care process. Routine care was given to the control group and observation group was given standardization care such as rescued care,psychological care and health education program. The clinical efficacy,heart failure after care,mortality,morbidity,hospital emergency response time,hospital response time and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results After standardized nursing,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than treatment before and control group（ P〈0. 05）. After routine care,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the control group showed no significant difference compared with nursing before（ P〈0. 05）. After standardized care,mortality,morbidity in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the medical emergency response time and hospital reaction time were shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction during rescue was 95. 55% in the observation group,and 89. 55% in the control group,there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Standardized care procedures for ICU patients with heart failure can effectively reduce mortality and morbidity,improve nursing quality,and it is conducive to the health of patients.
