无保护分娩助产法对初产妇会阴侧切率及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨无保护分娩发对初产妇会阴侧切率及生活质量的影响。方法将186例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各93例,对照组采用传统助产分娩,观察组采用无保护分娩助产,比较2组的会阴侧切率、会阴损伤情况、疼痛情况及产后生活质量。结果 2组产妇均无会阴Ⅲ度损伤出现。观察组的会阴侧切率低于对照组,会阴损伤轻于对照组,产后会阴疼痛轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院前的日常活动、睡眠质量、食欲、精神状态等评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无保护分娩符合自然分娩的理念,能够降低会阴侧切率,减少产后会阴疼痛,提高初产妇产后的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of unprotected midwifery nursing on lateral perineal resection rate and life quality of primiparae. Methods A total of 186 primiparae in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group used the traditional midwifery childbirth,the observation group was given unprotected midwifery nursing,and perineal resection rate,perineal injury and postpartum pain and life quality of two groups were compared.Results There were no Ⅲ degree injury between the two groups. Lateral perineal resection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the perineal injury and perineal pain were lighter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The life quality scores of daily activity,sleep quality,appetite,mental status of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Unprotected midwifery nursing can reduce the lateral episiotomy rate and postpartum perineal pain,and improve life quality of primiparae.
