摘　　要：文章阐述了卫星通信运行控制系统的基本概念以及对卫星通信运行控制系统的认知和理解,分析了卫星通信运控系统功能,提出了多层次卫星通信运行控制系统体系结构,以期满足未来卫星通信运控系统可重构和可扩充的能力要求。Basic concept, knowledge and understand of the satellite operation control system are described in this paper and satellite operation control system is analyzed. In this paper, a multi-level architecture of the satellite operation control system is proposed to meet the reconfigurable and scalable requirements of the satellite operation control system in the future.
