数字鸿沟视域下我国电子政府的创新路径研究

摘　　要：在以移动互联网、云计算、物联网、大数据等为特征的"互联网+"新常态的时代背景下,我国出现了数字鸿沟并且呈现出不断扩大的趋势,数字鸿沟的出现导致了信息资源配置的不公平,成为制约我国新型电子政府发展的巨大障碍。那么如何缩小数字鸿沟,为社会公众提供网上的在线服务,实现信息公平成为一项重要的研究课题。文章在数字鸿沟视域下,为建设新型的电子政府、创新电子政府的发展路径提出了相关的对策建议。In the background characterized by Internet＋ mobile internet, cloud computing, IOT and big data, there is a trend of the digital division in our country and the trend is growing. The emergence of the digital divide has led to the unfair distribution of information resources, which has become a huge obstacle to the development of new electronic government in China. So how to reduce the digital divide, how to provide the public with online services and how to achieve the information fair become an important research subject. In the view of the digital divide, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new electronic government and innovation path.
