摘　　要：警察形象是指社会公众对于警察执法能力以及工作态度的总体评价。警察职业的特殊性决定了警察需要与社会群体密切接触,随着国家法制化进程的稳步推进以及全民普法工作的广泛开展,社会公众的法制观念不断增强,对警察形象建设提出了新的更高要求。运用人才学中"才能三态论"的相关理论探讨警察的形象定位,并提出改进当前警察形象建设工作的具体措施,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。Police image is the overall evaluation of the society in regard to the law enforcement capacity and attitude of the police. The specificity of the police determines that the police need to contact with the society closely. Along with the further promotion of national legal process, wider development of law popularization, and greater increase of the legal sense of the society, there is a higher requirement for police image. To probe the position of the police image by the three forms of talent theory and to improve police image building has great theoretical significance and practical value.
