摘  要:目的观察心脑血管疾病患者外周血氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)浓度与血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)活性的关系。方法入选冠心病、脑血管意外、心律失常或高血压住院患者24例,其中动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者12例,单纯心律失常(或高血压)患者12例,入院后采取所有患者外周血,经ELISA方法检测血清ox-LDL浓度,紫外法测定ACE活性。观察外周血ox-LDL浓度或ACE活性变化,分析两者相关性。结果动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者外周血ox-LDL浓度和ACE活性均高于单纯心律失常(或高血压)患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);人外周血ox-LDL浓度与ACE活性呈显著正相关。结论动脉粥样硬化负荷重的患者外周血ox-LDL浓度与ACE活性升高,且外周血ox-LDL浓度与ACE活性呈正相关,oxLDL可能具有增强ACE活性的作用,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the correlation of serum oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) with angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 12 patients with atherosclerotic disease and 12 patients with simple arrhythmia (or hypertension) were selected. Then the serum ox-LDL and ACE activity were determined by the method of EL1SA and ultraviolet method. The ox-LDL concentration and ACE activity in peripheral blood were observed and correlated. Results The ox-LDL level and ACE activity in peripheral blood of patients with atherosclerotic disease were higher than those in patients with simple arrhythmia (or hypertension, P〈0.05), and there were positive correlation between blood concentration of ox-LDL and ACE activity. Conclusion Serum ox-LDL level and ACE activity in the peripheral blood of atherosclerotic patients are increased, and they have positive correlation between ACE activity and ox-LDL.
