摘　　要：对新建立的欧亚经济联盟的食品安全相关技术法规体系进行了分析和研究,系统阐述了其重点内容和相关要求,为帮助我国出口企业采取应对措施,规避风险,充分利用地缘优势,扩大食品、农产品对欧亚经济联盟成员国出口提供借鉴。In this paper,the food safety technical regulations and relevant management system of new-established Eurasian Economic Union（EAEU） were analyzed,and the important contents as well as relevant requirements on food safety regulations of EAEU were also described systematically,which will help china＇s export enterprises adopt corresponding measures,avoid risks and use geographical advantages so as to expand the export of foodstuff and agricultural products into EAEU member states.
