2015年北美地区进出口工业品技术法规、标准风险监测分析

摘　　要：以进出口商品风险信息国家监测点上海局分中心监测数据为依据,对北美地区技术法规、标准变更风险进行分析。结果显示,北美地区对于机电产品能效要求以及儿童用品等消费产品中有毒有害物质含量要求的关注度相对较高。此外,美国对于儿童用品阻燃剂的要求、美国各州法规变更活跃也值得关注。检验检疫部门应就此类法规或标准信息给予关注与研究,在经监测、研判并掌握确实信息的前提下,适时利用进出口商品风险信息国家监测平台为企业提供相关信息预警服务。This paper analyzed risks caused by modification of technical regulations and standards in North America based on the information data of Import and Export Industrial Products National（shanghai branch） Risk Monitoring Center. According to the research analysis,requirements of energy efficiency of the mechanical and electrical products and the content of the toxic and harmful substances in toys and other consumer products were paid relatively high attention in North America. Furthermore,the US requirements of flame retardants in toys and states laws frequently update were also worth attention.Inspection and quarantine bureau shall pay attention and make research on such standards or regulations.On the premise of monitoring and analysis,timely providing warning service for enterprise through state risk monitoring platform.
