摘  要:为了解决小型双行玉米联合收获机带穗植株立姿输送的问题,设计了自制割台试验装置。研究了收获机割台下拨禾齿齿端与割刀刀尖的相对位置、下拨禾链线速度、拨齿间距、下拨禾链与割刀刀杆的夹角、上拨禾带状态等因素对带穗植株立姿输送质量的影响,分析了锥形分禾扶持装置对倒伏作物的适应能力。分析结果表明:在下拨禾齿齿端位于割刀刀尖前30 mm、下拨禾链线速度0.66 m/s、拨齿间距152 mm、下拨禾链与割刀刀杆夹角0°、上拨禾带拨齿长36 mm的情况下,可以较好地完成带穗玉米植株的立姿输送。In order to solve the problem of the ear cornd delivery with standing posture in small corn combine harvester,a self-developed header testing device was designed. The effects of the relative position of cutter point and lower chain teeth head,the line velocity of lower chain,the space of dial teeth,the angle between wheel chain and cutter bar,and the state of upper reel belt on transportation quality were analyzed. The test was carried out to analyse the adaptive capability of the cone-shaped divider separate-support equipment to the front tilt corn. The results show that the header accomplishes the corn transportation in standing posture when the lower chain teeth head is 30 mm in front of cutter point,the line velocity of lower chain is 0. 66 m / s,the space of two adjacent dial teeth is 152 mm,the angle between lower chain and cutter bar is 0°,and the length of upper reel belt teeth is 36 mm.
