摘 要:为了研究山茱萸中环烯醚萜苷类化合物的最佳提取工艺,以陕西省商洛市丹凤县产的山茱萸为原料,以环烯醚萜苷类化合物的提取率(按药材计算)为指标,考察提取溶剂、溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间四个因素对环烯醚萜提取率的影响,进行工艺优化。确定的提取溶剂为甲醇,提取剂浓度为80%,料液比为1:15,提取时间为100 min,提取率约为18.7%。此提取工艺和提取方法具有良好的稳定性和重复性,可为山茱萸药材的进一步开发提供依据。To investigate the optimal extractionprocess of total iridoid glycosides from Dogwood, the rawmaterials were taken from Danfeng County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. In this research, thecalculated yield of total iridoid glycodides ( based on medicinal materials) was taken as evaluation index,then investigated the effect of extraction solvent, solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction timeon iridoid extraction rate to determine the optimum extraction process. The best solvent is methanol whoseconcentration is 80%,the best solid-liquid ratio 1:15, and the best extraction time is 100 min, under thisconditions,the extraction rate is about 18.7%.The eligible methods and conditions can effectively elevatethe efficacy and stability of extraction of dogwood.
