莲须粉末颜色与总黄酮含量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过测定莲须药材粉末颜色与其总黄酮含量,将代表颜色的L*、a*、b*值与总黄酮含量相联系,探讨颜色与总黄酮含量之间的相关性。方法:采用色差计和紫外可见分光度计分别测定药材粉末L*、a*和b*值与总黄酮的含量,采用统计学方法比较颜色值与总黄酮含量间的相关性。结果:L*、b*值与莲须总黄酮含量呈正相关,a*值与总黄酮含量无相关性。结论:莲须药材总黄酮含量与药材粉末明暗程度有关,其颜色越亮,总黄酮的含量越高,而黄颜色为莲须颜色特征,因此b*值越大,总黄酮含量越多。Objective： To study the correlation between the stamen nelumbinis medicinal powder color and total flavonoids content. The relationship between color and total flavonoids was discussed by the relationship between the value of the color and the total flavonoids to investigate the correlation between the color and the content of total flavonoids, Methods ： The color of L＊ , a＊ and b＊ were measured by the color difference meter and total flavonoids were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and the correlation between the color value and the content of total flavonoids was statistically analyzed. Results ： Colorvalue L＊, b＊ value and total flavonoids content, a＊ value and total flavonoids content is not related. Conclusion. The color value is related to the conclusion of stamen Nelumbinis total flavonoids content and medicinal powder the shading degree, its color is bright, higher content of total flavonoids, and yellow color characteristics of stamen nelumbinis, the b＊ value the content of total flavonoids in more.
