我国石油行业上市公司资本结构与财务绩效关系研究

摘　　要：以我国石油行业上市公司资本结构与财务绩效的关系为研究对象,探讨公司资本结构对财务绩效的影响。利用证券市场2011—2013年的财务数据,对我国石油行业上市公司的资本结构与财务绩效现状进行统计,用SPSS17.0软件对资本结构和财务绩效的关系进行回归分析。结果表明:债权结构与财务绩效相关,股权结构与财务绩效不相关,我国石油行业上市公司资本结构与财务绩效之间不存在明显的二次函数关系。By taking the relations between capital structure and financial performance of listed companies in China petroleum company as research object,the influence of company capital structure on financial performance is discussed.A statistical analysis on the current situation of capital structure and financial performance of listed companies in China petroleum industry is conducted based on the financial data of stock market from 2011 to 2013.A regression analysis on the relations between capital structure and financial performance is conducted by using SPSS17.0software.And the results are analyzed based on empirical analysis,which includes correlation between debt structure and financial performance,non-correlation between equity structure and financial performance,and no obvious quadratic function relations between capital structure and financial performance of listed companies in China petroleum industry.
