中药散瘀止痛酊治疗化疗性浅静脉炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药散瘀止痛酊治疗化疗性浅静脉炎的疗效和安全性。方法随机选取80例化疗性浅静脉类患者分为观察组、对照组各40例,观察组采用中药散瘀止痛酊湿敷患处,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,均每天2次,7d为1个疗程。结果观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为97.5%、67.5%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。外周血炎症因子超敏C反应蛋白、IL-6较治疗前显著下降(均P<0.01),两组血常规及肝肾功能检查结果差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论中药散瘀止痛酊治疗化疗性浅静脉炎效果及安全性较好。Objective To explore the effect and safety of Chinese medicine Sanyuzhitong tincture on patients with superficial phlebitis caused by chemotherapy.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each of 40.The treatment group was provided with wet dressing of Sanyuzhitong tincture twice a day,7days for 1course of treatment,while the control group was given 50% Magnesium sulfate wet compress in the same way.Results The effectiveness rate in the treatment group was 97.5%,significantly higher than that of the control group,67.5%.After the treatment,the severity of phlebitis in the former was significantly milder than the latter,and the level of inflammation factors hs-CRP and IL-6were significantly lower than before the treatment（P〈0.01 for both）.However,no significant differences were observed in results of blood,liver and renal examinations.ConclusionIt is effective and safe to treat superficial phlebitis induced by chemotherapy using Sanyuzhitong tincture.
