摘 要:目的 了解NICU环境卫生监测及医院感染的现况,为NICU医院感染管理和控制提供依据。方法 选取7所综合性儿童医院NICU进行为期6个月的医院环境监测、医务人员手卫生依从性调查及医院感染病例监测。结果 各医院NICU常规环境卫生监测合格率为98.87%,医院呼吸机相关性肺炎和中心静脉导管相关性血流感染的平均发生率分别为3.78‰和1.63‰,医院感染发生率与常规环境卫生监测合格率没有相关性。医务人员手卫生依从性为51.56%~67.19%。结论 NICU医院感染应更注重目标监测,医护人员的手卫生依从性有待加强,多中心调查可为全国范围内NICU医院感染管理和控制提供依据。Objective To determine the level of environmental hygiene and nosoeomial infection in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and to provide references for infection control, Methods The study was conducted in NICUs of 7 general children's hospi tals for 6 months. Environmental hygiene, medical staff's hand hygiene compliance, and nosocomial infection were monitored. Resuits The qualified rate of environmental hygiene in N1CUs was 98.87%. The incidence rates of ventilator-associated pneumonia and central line associated bloodstream infections were 3.78% and 1.63% respectively. There was no correlation between nosocomial infection rate and qualified rate of environmental hygiene. The hand hygienc compliance of medical staff was between 51.56% and 67. 19%. Conclusion Target surveillance should be paid n, ore attention to in NICUs and hand hygiene compliance of medical staff should be improved. Muhicenter study provides information for management and control of nosocomial infection in NICUs.
