摘　　要：为了提升农村区域3G网络覆盖水平,文章介绍UMTS900建设方案案例,对其建设原则及开通后效果进行详细分析。通过对案例的网络测试数据进行分析,验证方案的可行性及技术优势。并对建设过程中出现的问题进行总结分析,积累相关经验为后期UMTS900建设提供参考。In order to improve the coverage of 3G network in rural area, this paper introduces the construction scheme of UMTS900, and analyzes the principle of construction and the effect after the opening of the construction. Through the analysis of the network test data of the case, this paper verifies the feasibility of the project and the technical advantages. In the paper, the problems in the process of construction are summarized and analyzed. And in this paper, the relevant experience is accumulated to provide reference for the construction of UMTS900 in the later period.
