唐山市无偿献血者血液检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解唐山地区6年来血液检测不合格原因及发展趋势,探讨其规律及对策,最大限度地降低血液报废,节约血液资源。方法用唐山现代管理软件回顾性统计分析本地区2010年1月—2015年12月无偿献血者标本检测结果,主要是针对血液中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒(抗-HCV)、抗艾滋病病毒抗体(抗-HIV)、血量不足、梅毒螺旋体抗体。结果本地区无偿献血者血液不合格率8.53%,其中HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒和ALT不合格率分别为0.33%、0.29%、0.01%、0.48%、0.89%,脂肪浆占到5.72%,所占比例最高。2015年抗-HIV阳性率高于其他年份(P0.05),但与2010年的阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论唐山市近5年无偿献血者的血液不合格率2015年最高,2013年最低。应加大卫生保健宣传,降低无偿献血的不合格率。Objective To understand the reasons and developmental trends of blood tests＇unqualified rates of Tangshan area in 6 years and to explore the regularity and countermeasure of them ,and to furthest re‐duce blood discarding and save blood resource .Methods A retrospectively statistical analysis was per‐formed on the results of blood donation with Tangshan modern management software from January 2010 to December 2015 in Tangshan ,which is mainly aimed at the blood alanine aminotransferase （ALT） ,hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg ） ,hepatitis C virus （anti-HCV ） ,insufficient blood volume and treponema palli‐dum antibody .Results The unqualified rate of local blood donors was 8 .53% ,including HBsAg ,anti -HCV ,anti-HIV ,syphilis and ALT ,which were 0 .33% ,0 .29% ,0 .01% ,0 .48% and 0 .89% ,respective‐ly ,the highest proportion was fat pulp accounted for 5 .72% .The positive rate of anti -HIV was higher in 2015 than that in other years excepted for 2010（P 0 .05） .Conclusion Nearly five years in Tangshan ,the unqualified rate of voluntary blood donor is the highest in 2015 ,the lowest in 2013 .We should strengthen the health care propaganda to reduce the unqualified rates of blood donation .
