儿童化脓性关节炎的优化护理方案及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童化脓性关节炎的优化护理方法和效果。方法选取2012年5月—2015年5月在该院接受治疗的化脓性关节炎患儿144例作为此次研究对象,将其随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组患儿72例。对照组的72例患儿接受一般性护理,72例观察组患儿使用全新制定的护理方案实施护理,对比分析观察组与对照组患儿治疗愈合率和入院之后体重的改变情况,住院时间以及家长满意度等。结果观察组在住院时间以及家长满意度等方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),另外观察组的治疗总有效率也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组患儿护理后的HSS评分较护理前均得到明显的改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的HSS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学合理的护理方案对儿童化脓性关节炎实施护理,治疗效果显著,可以在临床中推广使用。Objective To explore the method and effect of optimaze nursing for children pyogenic arthritis . Methods From May 2012 to May 2015 in author＇s hospital for treatment of suppurative arthritis with 144 cases were selected as the research subjects ,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each group of 72 cases .The control group of 72 cases of patients received general nursing ,while 72 cases of the observation group was treated by new developed program of nursing .A comparative analysis was performed between the observation group and the control group on the wound healing rates of hospital admission and weight change ,hospitalization time and parent satisfaction rate etc .Results In the observa‐tion group ,the hospitalization time and parent satisfaction rate were better than in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant ,P 〈 0 .05 .and the total efficiency of the observed group was su‐perior to the control group ,the difference was statistically significant , P〈 0 .05） .Two groups of HSS score after nursing than before treatment were significantly improved （P〈 0 .05） .After treatment ,the HSS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Scientific and reasonable nursing program for children with septic arthritis of the implementation of nursing ,the treatment effect is remarkable ,can be widely used in clinic .
