强直性脊柱炎患者外周血自然杀伤细胞的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测自然杀伤细胞(NK)在强直性脊柱炎(AS)外周血中的水平,探讨NK细胞与AS病情活动及其在功能评估中的意义。方法采用流式细胞技术检测30例未经治疗的活动期AS患者及30例健康对照人群外周血中NK细胞数量的变化。结果 AS患者NK细胞数量为(11.03±5.20)%,低于对照组(14.58±6.57)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AS患者外周血NK细胞水平与血沉、超敏C反应蛋白、AS功能指标BASFI和BASMI呈负相关(r=-0.556、-0.632、-0.833、-0.798,P<0.05)。结论AS患者外周血存在NK细胞数量减少,可作为评价疾病活动性和功能评估指标的一种参数指标。Objective To investigate the number of natural killer （NK ）cells in patients with ankylosing spondylitis （AS） ,and to explore the significance on the state of an illness and functional assessment .Meth‐ods The number of natural killer（NK）cells in peripheral blood was measured by flow cytometry in 30 pa‐tients with AS and 30 healthy adult subjects were served as controls .Results The quantity of natural killer （NK）cells in AS cases were lower than the control group （14 .58 ± 6 .57% vs 11 .03 ± 5 .20% ）and the difference was significant （P〈0 .05） .The Pearson analysis indicated the correlation were negative between the number of NK cells with ESR （r= -0 .556 ,P〈0 .005） ,CRP （r= -0 .632 ,P〈0 .001） ,BASFI （r=-0 .833 ,P〈0 .001） and BASMI （r= -0 .798 ,P〈0 .001） .Conclusion Patients with AS have decreased circulating NK cells in their peripheral blood .The number of NK cells may be useful indicator in disease ac‐tivity and functional evaluation of AS .
