进食方式对口腔舒合剂预防神经危重症患者口腔溃疡及感染疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析口腔舒合剂对神经危重症患者口腔溃疡和感染的防治效果及其与鼻饲进食方式的关系,为临床重症患者口腔溃疡和感染的防治提供依据。方法 将符合入选标准的神经危重症加强治疗病房77例患者,依据是否存在吞咽障碍分为鼻饲饮食组和非鼻饲饮食组,二组患者皆使用自制中药制剂“口腔舒合剂”进行口腔护理,根据患者口腔黏膜有无溃疡、出血或水肿等情况评估口腔护理的效果。结果应用口腔舒合剂对患者进行口腔护理鼻饲饮食组有效率为72.3%,非鼻饲饮食组口腔护理后有效率为93.3%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.145,P=0.02）。结论 口腔舒合剂对于神经危重症患者口腔溃疡和感染具有较好的防治效果,鼻饲进食方式是影响其临床防治效果的重要因素。Objective To analyze Kouqiangshu Prescription＇s control effect for critically ill patient on canker sore and infection prevention and control the relation of the nasogastric feeding way ,in order to provide the basis for clinical medicine .Methods A total of 77 patients with nerve critical strengthening treatment ward were selected .On the basis of the existence of dysphagia requires nasogastric diet ,it was respectively di‐vided into nasogastric diet group and non -nasogastric diet group .Self -made Chinese medicine was to do‐ing an oral nursing care in patients with severe cerebrovascular disease .The effect of oral care were as‐sessed according to the conditions that the oral mucosa in patients had ulceration ,bleeding or edema etc . Results It took effective rate of 72 .3% after an oral care in nasogastric group ,the effective rate of 93 .3%in the non- nasogastric group ,the difference was statistically significant （χ^2 =5 .145 ,P=0 .02） .Conclu‐sion Kouqiangshu Prescription has great control efficiency for critically ill patient on canker sore and infec‐tion prevention .Nasogastric feeding way is the important factor on influencing the clinical prevention and cure effect .
