针对性护理对高龄患者显微外科手术后的护理

摘　　要：目的 对显微外科手术高龄患者实施针对性的护理,探讨针对性护理对显微外科手术高龄患者的护理效果。方法 选取该院2014年9月—2015年9月进行显微外科手术高龄患者336例,随机分为二组,分别实施常规护理组及针对护理,实施后比较二组患者的疼痛指数及康复时间,分析护理效果。结果针对护理组缓解疼痛有效率52.2%,明显高于常规护理组37.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;0～10d康复者针对护理组142例,占84.52%,常规护理组93例,占55.36%,针对护理组康复率明显高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 针对性护理可以减轻高龄显微外科手术患者手术后的疼痛、缩短康复时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of targeted postoperative nursing in the elderly patients with microsurgery .Methods A total of 336 cases of microsurgery in elderly patients were divided into two groups ,respectively ,the general nursing group and the targeted nursing group .The pain index and recov‐ery time were observed and compared between the two groups of patients after nursing .Results The pain index and recovery time of the patients in the targeted nursing group were lower than those in the basic nursing group（P〈0 .05） ,the rate of relieve pain was 52 .2% ,37 .5% ,and the recovery rate was 84 .52% , 55 .36% ,respectively .Conclusion Targeted nursing can reduce postoperative pain and shorten the recover‐y time ,and can improve the quality of life of the patients .
