改良胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术

摘　　要：目的介绍改良胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术。方法回顾分析2015年1月~2015年8月间20例采用改良胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术患者临床资料。结果手术均顺利完成。平均手术时间为90.5（80~145）min,平均术中出血量80（20~100）m L,术中无术中大出血,无术后并发症发生。结论改良胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术更加安全,简便,值得推广。Objective To introduc a modified surgical procedure with thoracoscopy for right upper lobectomy. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of lung cancer treated by thoracoscopy right upper lobectomy from January 2015 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The surgeries were all successful,with no massive hemorrhage. Mean operative time was 90. 5（ 80 ~ 145） min and mean blood loss was 80（ 20 ~ 100） m L. No intraoperative hemorrhage and postoperative complications were found. Conclusion The modified surgical procedure for right upper lobectomy is safe and simplified.
