2015年广东水禽产业发展形势与对策建议

摘　　要：世界水禽产量近年小幅提升,产品贸易呈现出从亚洲市场向欧盟市场扩散的趋势。我国水禽生产处于恢复性增长,但价格受国际禽流感和国内消费疲软影响有所下跌。广东水禽生产量继2013年较2012年有所降低后,2014年全省水禽生产量继续小幅减少(鸭总饲养量同比减少4.93%、鹅总饲养量同比减少0.65%),家禽产品出口量大幅减少;2015年广东水禽养殖成本和产品价格均有小幅下降。针对目前广东水禽产业发展现状,提出加强优质品种保护与新品种的选育、建立产品质量安全可追溯体系、提升水禽产业化水平、优化水禽产业结构、重视水禽品牌化发展、加快水禽业信息化建设等对策建议。The waterfowl production all over the world slightly increased in recent years,and the product trade showed a trend of spreading from Asian market to EU market. The waterfowl production in China had restorative growth,but the price declined affected by the international avian influenza and weak domestic consumption. In 2014,Guangdong waterfowl production continued to slightly decrease,duck feeding amount reduced by 4.93% and goose feeding amount reduced by 0.65% compared to 2013,the export quantity of poultry products declineed significantly. In 2015,the breeding cost and product price of Guangdong waterfowl also declined slightly. According to the current development of waterfowl industry in Guangdong,some suggestions were put forward,including strengthening fine waterfowl variety protection and new variety breeding,establishing product quality safety traceability system,enhancing the industrialization level of waterfowl,optimizing waterfowl industry structure,paying great attention to waterfowl brand development,accelerating the informationization construction of waterfowl industry,etc.
