添加油菜花粉下西花蓟马的实验种群生命表

摘　　要：为了解油菜花粉对西花蓟马生长发育的影响,在菜豆叶片上添加油菜花粉饲养西花蓟马,研究其特定年龄生命表、繁殖特征生命表及西花蓟马种群增长动态参数。结果表明:西花蓟马种群数量增长迅速,其种群趋势指数为33.060;西花蓟马取食油菜花粉后刺激其种群数量上升,其净增值率(29.096 5)、内禀生长率(0.151 1)和周限增长率(1.1631)均高于只有菜豆叶片处理,种群加倍时间(4.587 3d)和平均世代周期(22.306 5d)则低于对照。The age-specific life table,reproductive characteristics life table and population growth dynamic parameter of F.occidentalis fed with kidney bean leaf plus rape pollen are determined to discuss the effect of rape pollen on growth and development of F.occidentalis.Results：The population quantity of F.occidentalis increases rapidly and the population trend index is 33.060.Feeding rape pollen can result in rising of F.occidentalis population quantity and the net reproductive rate,intrinsic increase rate and finite increase rate of F.occidentalis fed with kidney bean leaf plus rape pollen is 29.096 5,0.151 1and 1.163 1respectively,all higher than those of F.occidentalis fed with kidney bean leaf.The double day and mean generation day of F.occidentalis fed with kidney bean leaf plus rape pollen is 4.587 3dand 22.306 5d respectively,lower than those of F.occidentalis fed with kidney bean leaf.
