摘 要:为明确贵州烟区CMV和PVY的侵染源及浸染途径,采用DIBA法检测贵州德江、长顺、凤冈、清镇和湄潭5个烟区的烟草、马铃薯和桃树3种寄主植物上有翅烟蚜的CMV及PVY带毒率。结果表明:5个烟区中,除长顺烟区外,烟草上烟蚜的CMV、PVY带毒率普遍高于马铃薯和桃树,以德江烟区烟蚜带毒率最高;5个烟区烟草烟蚜CMV带毒率与马铃薯和桃树间差异显著;长顺、凤冈、清镇和湄潭4个烟区烟草烟蚜PVY带毒率与马铃薯间差异不显著。To explore the infection sources and approaches of CMV and PVY in Guizhou tobaccogrowing area,DIBA method was employed to detect the viruliferous percentage of CMV and PVY of M.persicae on three host plants(tobacco,potato,peach)in five tobacco-growing regions(Dejiang,Changshun,Fenggang,Qingzhen,Meitan)of Guizhou Province.Results:Viruliferous percentage of CMV and PVY of M.persicae on tobacco was higher than that on potato and peach in five tobacco-growing regions expect Changshun,which was the highest in Dejiang;The viruliferous percentage of CMV of the aphids on tobacco was significantly different with that on other two host plants;The viruliferous percentage of CMV of the aphids on tobacco had no significant difference with that on potato in Changshun,Fenggang,Qingzhen and Meitan.
