摘 要:为提高文冠果种子的发芽率,并为其大面积推广提供理论依据,采用湿沙催芽法研究浓硫酸、GA_3及物理破壳3种处理方式对文冠果种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:文冠果新种子发芽率低于陈种子;GA_3可促进文冠果种子的萌发,浓硫酸处理一定程度上可提高文冠果陈种子的发芽率,但物理破壳处理无明显效果;文冠果新种子的发芽率随GA_3浸种时间的延长显著提高,浸种24h发芽率最高,为55.3%;随GA_3处理浓度增加,文冠果陈种子和新种子的发芽率及发芽势均呈先升后降的趋势,500mg/L GA_3处理的发芽率最高,分别为55.3%和32.0%。500mg/L GA_3浸种24h为打破文冠果种子休眠的最佳处理。The effect of concentrated sulphuric acid,GA3 and physical breaking hull treatment methods on germination rate of X.sorbifoliaseeds by the wet sand accelerating germination method to provide the theoretical basis for its large-area popularization.Results:The germination rate of new X.sorbifoliaseeds is lower than old seeds.GA3 can accelerate germination of X.sorbifoliaseeds.Concentrated sulphuric acid can increase germination rate of old X.sorbifolia seeds to some extent but the physical breaking hull treatment has no an obvious effect on germination rate of old X.sorbifoliaseeds.The germination rate of new X.sorbifoliaseeds significantly improves with increase of GA3 soaking time and the germination rate of new X.sorbifoliaseeds soaked with GA3 for 24his up to 55.3%(the highest).The germination rate and vigor of new and old X.sorbifolia seeds both present the first rising and then declining trend with increase of GA3 concentration.The germination rate of new and old X.sorbifolia seeds soaked with500mg/L GA3 is 55.3% and 32.0% respectively.In conclusion,the optimal treatment to break seed dormancy of X.sorbifoliais 500mg/L GA3 for 24h.
