摘 要:通过盆栽试验,研究了不施磷肥(CK)、过磷酸钙(SP)、普通磷矿粉(MP_0)、平均粒径为7.26μm的微晶化磷矿粉(MP_1)和平均粒径为4.04μm微晶化磷矿粉(MP_2)等处理对‘鲁林1号’杨树幼苗根际土壤微生态环境特征的影响。结果表明:MP_2处理的有机酸总量与SP处理无显著性差异,但明显高出CK、MP_0和MP_1处理43.55%、21.89%和10.15%;MP_1、MP_2和SP处理的总糖含量差异不显著,但均显著高于CK和MP_0处理;而各处理的氨基酸总量均未达差异显著水平。MP_2处理的pH分别较CK、MP_0和MP_1处理降低0.31、0.17和0.12个单位;SP与MP_2处理的EC值差异不显著,但明显高于其他处理;同时,SP和磷矿粉处理的CEC值均显著高于CK,而SP与MP_0、MP_1、MP_2处理间差异未达显著水平。此外,MP_2处理的速效磷含量分别比CK、MP_0和MP_1处理显著提高35.19%、14.45%和7.85%,而3个磷矿粉处理对速效钾、交换性钙和镁含量并未表现出明显的影响作用。以上分析认为,2个微晶化磷矿粉处理相比对照和普通磷矿粉处理均能明显提高杨树苗根系分泌物中有机酸总量,显著提高根际土壤中速效磷含量,且粒径越小,其提高幅度越大。说明微晶化磷矿粉的粒径变小能提高土壤的供磷能力。The effect of sitallization phosphate powder with mean grain size of 7.26 μm(MP_1) and 4.04 μm(MP_2) on rhizosphere soil characteristics of‘Lulin No.1'seeding was studied by the method of pot experiment.Three fertilizer treatments were conducted: without phosphatic fertilizer(CK), superphosphate(SP) and common phosphate powder(MP_0). The results showed that the organic acid content of MP_2 and SP had no significant difference, which was 43.55%, 21.89% and 10.15% higher than that of CK, MP_0 and MP_1,respectively. The total sugar content of MP_1, MP_2 and SP had no significant difference, which was significantly higher than that of CK and MP_0. No significant difference was found in the amino acid content among all the treatments. The p H value of MP_2 was 0.31, 0.17 and 0.12 units lower than that of CK, MP_0 and MP_1,respectively. Electric conductance of SP and MP_2 had no significant difference, but was significantly higher than that of other treatments. The cation exchange capacity of SP and phosphate powder treatment was significantly higher than that of CK, and there was no significant difference between SP and MP_0, MP_1, MP_2.Available phosphorus content of MP_2 increased by 35.19%, 14.45% and 7.85% in comparing with that of CK,MP_0 and MP_1, respectively. However, phosphate powder treatment had little effect on available potassium,exchangeable calcium and magnesium. The sitallization phosphate powder treatment could increase organic acid content in root exudate and increase available phosphorus content in rhizosphere soil, the increasing range was bigger when the grain size was smaller, indicating that small sitallization phosphate powder grain size could increase the soil phosphorus supply ability.
