无选择进食对犬吻合口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨术后早期无选择进食对犬肠吻合口愈合的影响。方法:30只犬分为A、B两组,每组15只,每只动物行空肠一层吻合,并在吻合口下行空肠造瘘置入营养管,A组营养管远端置入吻合口上方,B组营养管远端置入吻合口下方,A组注入的食物经过吻合口,B组不经过吻合口;术后测定吻合口(anastomotic blasting pressure,ABP)爆破压、组织羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline,Hyp)含量,并行组织病理学检查及组织水肿含量测定。结果:术后48 h、7 d、14 d两组ABP、Hyp含量、组织病理学检查及组织水肿含量间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术后早期无选择经口进食对犬肠吻合口愈合有影响,但不影响愈合全过程,因此术后早期经口无选择进食完全可行。Objective：To study the effect of no -choice feeding in the early stage after operation on canine intestinal anastomotic healing . Mteh od：30 dogs were divided into group A and group B, 15 dogs in each group.The dogs in the group A received routine oral food, and those in the group B received nutritious tube diet through cardia jejunum in distal anastomotic stoma .Anastomotic blasting pressure （ ABP） , hydroxyproline （ Hyp） content, histopathological examination and tissue edema situation were compared between the two groups .Result：There was no significant difference in ABP, Hyp content, inflammation index and tissue edema content between the two groups at the same time on 48h, 7d and 14d after operation （ P〉0.05）.Conclusion：No-choice feeding in the early stage after operation has no effect on canine intestinal anastomotic healing , and no-choice feeding through mouth in the early stage after operation is completely feasible .
