摘 要:高压直流输电工程的直流电流已从3 000 A逐步增大到5 000 A,一些关键通流器件(如阀电抗器)的设计裕度变得越来越小,甚至出现少量阀电抗器端子过热的情况。针对特高压大组件换流阀电抗器端子发热的问题,理论分析了端子发热的主要原因,并建立了Ansys热场仿真模型,同时对增加U型母线后的电抗器端子及其连接母线进行了相关试验,结果表明在电抗器端子处增加U型母线能够有效降低端子处的温度,是一种值得推荐的解决大组件阀电抗器端子发热的有效方法。With the direct current of HVDC transmission projects ~rau ~ o the design margins of some key devices, such as valve reactor, become smaller and smaller, even overheating exists in some valve reactor terminals. In this study, the terminal overheating of UHVDC converter valve reactor was investigated. The main factors causing the terminal overheating were analyzed, and a thermal field simulation model was established with the software Ansys. Furthermore, some tests were conducted on the reactor terminal with a U-type bus added and its connecting bus. The results show that the addition of a U-type bus to reactor terminal can reduce the temperature of the terminal effectively.
