摘  要:SF_6气体具有较高的温室效应,减少SF_6气体的使用量已达成共识。笔者从SF_6混合气体的角度,对短间隙SF_6/N_2混合气体完全击穿时的光谱特性开展研究。采用光谱仪测量压强0.1~0.4 MPa、电极间距2~12 mm时SF_6及SF_6/N2混合气体完全击穿时的电子温度、电子数密度等参数,从微观和宏观相结合的角度研究混合气体放电时形成等离子体通道的物理特性。研究结果表明:0.1~0.4 MPa下随着气体压强的升高SF_6气体完全击穿时的电子温度由6.06×10~4 K下降到2.67×10~4 K,电子密度由3.15×10^(17) m^(-3)增大到6.91×1017 m^(-3);0.1 MPa下随着SF_6混合比的升高混合气体完全击穿时的电子温度由N_2时的1.17×10~4 K上升到SF_6时的6.06×104 K,电子数密度由N_2时的5.94×1017 m^(-3)下降到SF_6时的3.15×10^(17) m^(-3)。Since the greenhouse effect of SF6 gas, it became a common view that less SF6 gas would be used in future. Spectra of SFJN2 in short gap are studied in this paper from the perspective of SF~ mixtures gas. Spectra of SFr/N2 has been measured in uniformity electric field, the pressure is between 0.1 MPa and 0.4 MPa. Spectrometer is used to measure microcosmic parameters like electron temperature and electron number density when SF6 and mixture gas are completely breakdown. Then the relationships between these microcosmic parameters and macroscopic parameters (pressure, mix ratio, gap distance) are established, and breakdown characteristics of gas are analyzed from views of macroscopic and microcosmic. The study shows that when the gas is completely breakdown in a uniform electric field and the pressure between 0.1 MPa and 0.4 MPa, average electron temperature drops with pressure increasing from 6.06×104 K to 2.67x104 K, while electron number density rise from 3.15×1017 m-3 to 6.91×1017 m-3 with pressure increasing. Keep the pressure is 0.1 MPa,when the SFr/N2 mixture gas is completely breakdown average electron temperature rise from 1.17×104 K to 6.06×104 K with SF6 mixture gas ratio increasing, while electron number density drops from 5.94×1017 m-3 to 3.15×1017 m-3 with SF6 mixture gas ratio increasing.
