摘　　要：在高压输电系统中,滤波器无论在抑制谐波还是无功补偿方面起着非常重要的作用,因此分析总结滤波器故障原因,对滤波器的安全稳定运行具有十分重要的意义。文中首先对常见的交流滤波器中断路器故障类型和故障特点进行了总结。然后对一次±500 kV直流换流站发生的高压断路器爆炸事故,根据故障录波、现场试验及仿真、解体检查等情况,进行了深入的原因分析。分析结果表明造成此次事故的原因是:电容器本身存在绝缘缺陷,且均压电容器与灭弧室静触头间存在较大的电位差,导致静触头场强较高存在对电容器放电趋势,最终致使电容器和灭弧室瓷套先后发生径向击穿,致使瓷套爆裂。最后,提出有效整改措施,防止类似事件再次发生。In high voltage transmission system, filter plays a very important role on no matter suppress the harmonic, but reactive power compensation. Therefore, analyzing the causes of filter failure is of great importance for the safe and stable operation of filter in the future. First, the common fault type and its characteristics of AC filter circuit breakers are summarized. Then, based on an explosion accident of high-voltage circuit breaker in a DC converter station, the causes of the accident are analyzed, simulation, the disassembling inspection and so on. The result insulation defects, a large potential difference exists between the according to the fault record, field test and of the analysis shows that： the capacitor has grading capacitor and the static contact of arc chamber, which lead to the discharge trend to the capacitor because of the high field strength of static contact, eventually led to the occurrence of radial breakdown of the capacitor and the interrupting porcelain insulator, and then the explosion. Finally, some effective corrective measures are mentioned, which would prevent similar incidents from happening again.
