国家级贫困县农民再参加科技培训意愿实证分析——以新疆托里县为例

摘　　要：为了解农民再参加科技培训意愿的影响因素。采用问卷调查法,有效调查了新疆托里县142位农民。利用SPSS 17.0软件对调查数据进行Logistic回归分析,研究农民再参加意愿的影响因素。结果表明：已参加的培训是否有帮助、求知欲、个人务农收入都是影响农民愿意再参加培训的显著性因素。因此应该选择个人务农收入水平在20000~50000元、觉得培训对自己有帮助、求知欲强心理素质好的农民进行再培训为宜。The aim of this study is to understand the influencing factors of farmers＇ willingness to participatein scientific and technical training again. The data of 142 farmers from Toli, Xinjiang were investigated basedon questionnaire survey. Using SPSS 17.0 software, binary logistic regression analysis was performed with theobtained data to study factors influencing farmers＇ willingness to participate in the training again. The resultsshowed that training effectiveness, thirst for knowledge and farmers＇ agricultural income all significantlyinfluenced the willingness. According to the above results, farmers who had agricultural income of 20000-50000 yuan, thirst for knowledge and believed that the training was effective should be chosen to take part inthe training again.
