摘  要:通过对21个小麦K-CMS保持系品种的农艺性状进行调查,旨在分析这些品种的遗传多样性。以2年田间试验得到的株高、穗长、小穗数、穗下节长、穗粒草重、穗粒数、穗粒重、旗叶长等农艺性状为依据,计算21个品种间遗传距离,采用类平均分析法(UPGMA)对供试材料进行聚类分析。结果表明:供试的21个品种共划分为6个类群,Ⅰ类为‘大作1号’、‘国育101’、‘濮麦6311’、‘中育1211’、‘焦麦268’、‘长育918’、‘泛麦526’;Ⅱ类为‘锦科2号’、‘安农12’;Ⅲ类为‘经科168’;Ⅳ类为‘偃农27’、‘农科668’;Ⅴ类为‘存麦15’、‘上麦1号’、‘聊麦18’、‘囤麦127’、‘科林04177’、‘光泰54’、‘郑麦1290’、‘耕麦787’;Ⅵ类为‘昌麦9号’。划分结果与系谱分析基本一致,并把系谱来源不清的品种划分到相应的杂种优势群。小麦K-CMS保持系品种形状检测是研究保持系品种间遗传差异的一种方法,可为小麦"三系"选育提供初步的理论依据。The objective was to analyze the genetic diversity of 21 maintainer line varieties for K- type cytoplasm male sterility(CMS) in wheat by investigating their agronomic characters. The plant height, paniclelength, per panicle, panicle next section length, ear kernel weight, per panicle grains, per panicle grains weightand flag leaf length were obtained from field experiments in two years. The genetic distances of the 21 varietieswere calculated, and the cluster analysis was carried out with unweighted pair- group method arithmeticaverages(UPGMA). The results showed that the 21 varieties were classified into six groups. Group I consistedof‘dazuo1',‘guoyu101',‘pumai6311',‘zhongyu1211',‘jiaomai268',‘changyu918',‘fanmai526'; groupⅡ consisted of‘jinke2',‘annong12'; group Ⅲ consisted of‘jingke168'; group Ⅳ consisted of‘yannong27',‘nongke668'; group Ⅴ consisted of‘cunmai15',‘shangmai1',‘liaomai18',‘tunmai127',‘kelin04177',‘guangtai54',‘zhengmai1290',‘gengmai787'; group Ⅵ consisted of‘changmai9'. The results wereconsistent with the available pedigree data. Moreover, varieties with unknown pedigree were assigned to theestablished heterotic groups. The shape detection of maintainer line for K-CMS in wheat was a way to study the genetic difference among varieties, and it provided the basis for breeding"three lines"of wheat.
