摘　　要：在中国氯碱产业转型升级、寻求脱困之策的道路上,"长尾理论"对氯碱企业在产品选择和战略定位时提供了新的视角:多种类的小规模产品汇聚在一起可形成与主流市场相匹敌的大市场。因此,依托氯碱平台和资源优势发展具备特色的系列化精细产品将是我国氯碱产业战略转型的重要方向之一,而对自身产业链各环节的挖潜增效对氯碱企业摆脱当前的困境更是具有立竿见影的功效。China＇ s chlor - alkali industry was being on the way to transform and upgrade, and to seek the Strategy for stepping out of trouble. Chlor - alkali enterprises should select fight products to develop and select proper strategic positioning. For the above mentioned problem, long-tail theory provided a new perspective. The perspective was that the combination of many kinds of small-scale products could form a big market which would rival the mainstream markets. Developing characteristic series of fine chemicals through taking the advantages of chlor - alkali platform and resources would be an important direction that China chlor -alkali industry should take to strategically transform. Tapping the potentialities of each link on the industrial chain of their own to increase efficiency would have immediate effect on helping chlor- alkali enterprises step out of the present troubles.
