摘　　要：目的观察CR和DR性能影像特点,分析其临床应用价值。方法随机选择我院1100张CR与DR片,探讨其影像特点与临床应用。结果 CR片中优质片514张(93.45%;514/550);DR片中优质片525张(95.45%;525/550);CR与DR成像具有不同的转换方式,均有独特优势及局限性。结论 CR应用范围较广、灵活度高,DR分辨率好,工作效率高,两者可互补互存,共同发展。Objective To observe the clinical application and imaging performance characteristic of CR and DR, and analysis of its value. Methods We chosed 1100 CR and DR tablets, and discussed their imaging characteristics and application. Results 514 CR tablets（93.45%; 514/550）; 525 DR tablets（95.45%; 525/550）; CR and DR imaging with different conversion methods, and have unique advantages and limitations. Conclusion CR has a wide application range, high flexibility, DR has good resolution, high work efficiency, which can complement each other, common development.
