摘　　要：目的 探讨在产妇分娩时使用麻醉药的方法以及注意事项。方法选取我院2014年9月－2015年7月之间收治的36例产妇患者,对其分娩时使用麻醉的方法及注意事项进行分析。结果 本组36例产妇在分娩时均采用麻醉的方法进行镇痛,无异常现象发生,且麻醉效果均显著。结论 产妇分娩时使用麻醉药,须谨慎规定给药时间及给药剂量,且注意产妇及新生儿体征有无异常,避免其生命体征发生危机。Objective To explore the method of using anesthetic in parturient and precautions. Methods 36 cases of pregnant women were selected in our hospital between September 2014-July 2015, on the use of narcotic childbirth methods and precautions are analyzed. Results 36 cases of this group of women during childbirth by the method of anesthesia analgesia, no abnormal phenomenon, and the anesthetic effect were significant. Conclusion The use of narcotic delivery, must be carefully defined delivery time and dosage, and noted that there is no abnormal maternal and neonatal signs, avoid the vital signs of the crisis.
