银离子口腔护理液治疗固定义齿患者牙龈炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究银离子口腔护理液对减轻固定修复体牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法将40个患有牙龈炎的患者随机分为两组,一组用银离子口腔护理液含漱,另一组用生理盐水含漱,一周后,检查患牙的龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)。结果治疗前实验组和对照组SBI检查,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗前和治疗后,实验组的SBI检查,治疗结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论银离子口腔护理液明显降低牙龈炎出血症状,具有较高的临床治疗价值。Objective To study clinical evaluation of silver ion solution in treatment of gingivitis of fixed prosthesis. Methods The 40 suffering from gingivitis patients were randomly divided into two groups, a group of silver ion solution, another group with physiological saline gargle. One week later, the bleeding sulcus（SBI） was examined. Results Before treatment, the experimental group and the control group were examined by SBI, and there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Before treatment and after treatment, the experimental group of SBI examination, treatment results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Silver ion solution significantly reduced gingivitis bleeding symptoms, with a high clinical value.
