摘　　要：目的 观察他汀类药物在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的效果。方法 选取2012年6月-2015年4月我院心血管内科收治的68例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例,两组患者均采用常规治疗办法,其中观察组患者联合应用他汀类药物进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗前两组患者的心功能分级对比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后观察组心功能改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 他汀类药物在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的效果显著,能够改善患者的心功能,具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of statins in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 68 cases of chronic heart failure patients were selected fro June 2012 to April 2015 in our hospital cardiovascular internal medicine department and treated as the research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group, two groups of patients were used conventional treatment methods, the observation group were treated with statin drugs for treatment,the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant difference in cardiac functional grading between two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）, and after treatment, the heart function improvement situation of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05） Conclusion Statins in the treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant effect, can improve the heart function of patients, has a high clinical value.
