摘　　要：目的 分析和探讨子宫广泛切除术后尿潴留行护理干预应用效果。方法 采用2014年6月-2016年1月来我院的80例进行过子宫广泛切除术的患者,将他们分成两组来进行比对分析。结果 实验组1例,对照组7例发生尿常规异常;实验组2例,对照组5例发生发热;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 子宫广泛切除术后尿潴留行护理干预治疗有利于术后恢复,手术临床效果在护理中能得到有效提高。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of nursing intervention on patients with urinary retention after extensive hysterectomy. Methods In our hospital from June 2014 to January 2016, 80 patients who underwent extensive hysterectomy were divided into two groups to compare the analysis. Results One case of observation group, and 7 cases of control group were abnormal urine; 2 cases of observation group and 5 cases of control group were getting fever; The complication rates of two groups showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The postoperative nursing intervention for patients with urinary retention after hysterectomy is beneficial to the recovery, and the clinical effect of the operation can be effectively improved.
