摘  要:提出了一种测量笔式单相机位姿测量系统,其主要由测量笔、相机和笔记本电脑组成。测量时将笔尖测头接触到被测物体表面,相机拍摄单张像片,像片中包含至少4个非共线控制点和测量笔上的6个回光反射标志,通过这单张像片中的像点坐标就可以解算出被测点的位姿。运用单像空间后方交会的原理构建数学模型,并多次使用坐标系转换方法将三个不同的坐标系建立关系,最终推导出被测点坐标的求解公式。通过实测实验数据,从内外符合精度两方面证实该方法能够达到工业大尺寸测量的精度。A single- camera position and orientation measurement system with a measuring pen is proposed in this paper. The system mainly consists of a measuring pen, a camera and a laptop computer. When measurement is conducted, the pen point contacts the surface of the measured object, and then the camera takes a single photo that includes at least four non - collinear control points and six retro - reflective targets. The position of the measured point can be obtained by calculating the coordinates of image points in the single photo. The mathematical model can be constructed applying the principle of single image space re- section, and the three different coordinate systems can be related after several times of coordinate system transformation. Finally, the solution formula for the coordinates of measured points is deduced. The experiment data shows that the precision of this method can achieve the industrial application requirement for large dimension measurement level in terms of internal and external coincidence precision.
