微创抽吸术治疗腋臭286例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创抽吸术治疗腋臭的临床疗效。方法肿胀麻醉下,将18号硬膜外穿刺针连接20 ml注射器应用大止血钳固定形成负压,在脂肪浅层抽吸。结果本组286例患者,术后随访6个月,治愈194例(67.83%),有效84例(29.37%),无效8例(2.80%)。结论微创抽吸术治疗腋臭安全有效、简单易行。Objective To study the clinical effect of bromhidrosis treated by minimaly invasive liposuction.MethodsUnder sweling anesthesia,an extractor composed by an extradural puncture needle of size 18 and 20 ml-injector was inserted into fat shalow.ResultsThe group of 286 cases were folowed up for six months,194 cases（67.83%）were cured,84 cases（29.37%）were effective,8 cases（2.80%）were invalid.Conclusion Minimaly invasive liposuction is safe,effective and simple.
