摘　　要：目的 通过分析我院人血白蛋白的临床使用情况,评价其使用合理性。方法 利用HIS系统回顾性调查我院2015年1~6月624例使用人血白蛋白的住院患者病历资料,应用excel 2003对患者年龄、性别、临床诊断、住院科室、人血白蛋白的用法及用量、血清白蛋白浓度监测等进行统计分析。结果 2015年1~6月临床共使用人血白蛋白3 6310 g,其中用药量最多的为消化内科,用药人数最多的科室为重症医学科,有10种用药理由使用人血白蛋白,用药主要原因为治疗低蛋白血症。结论 我院临床广泛使用人血白蛋白注射液,临床医生对人血白蛋白的应用还存在误区,需加强监督和管理,促进人血白蛋白合理使用。Objective To investigate the application of human albumin in our hospital,and provide references for rational use of drugs in clinic. MethodsFrom January to June 2015,clinical data of 624 inpatients using human albumin in our hospital were collected by HIS system. The data were recorded and statistically analyzed by Excel 2003 in respect of the age,gender,clinical diagnosis,inpatient department, serum albumin concentration before the utilization of human serum albumin,dosage,administration and so on.Results Total 3 6310 g of Human Albumin were used in clinic from January to June 2015 in our hospital. And the most amount of human albumin was used in Gastroenterology,patients mainly from the intensive care unit. There were 10 reasons for the use of Human Albumin,the main reason for the treatment of low serum protein.Conclusion Human albumin was used widely in our hospital. There are still some errors in our hospital’s application of human Albumin. Need to be further strengthened supervision and management on the rational administration of Human Albumin in our hospital.
