两种不同静脉穿刺方法在机采成分血采血中的应用效果对比

摘　　要：目的 探究对比在血站捐献机采成分血采血过程中两种不同静脉穿刺方法的应用效果。方法 选择2015年2月~2016年2月在深圳市血液中心捐献机采成分血的500例健康多次献血者,随机分为两组,即观察组经快速浅静脉穿刺采血,对照组经传统静脉穿刺采血,再对比两组穿刺效果。结果 观察组穿刺成功率为96.4%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组穿刺时间为（2.19±0.17）s,对照组穿刺时间为（3.26±0.24）s,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组局部血肿2.0%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组疼痛率为6.0%低于对照组14.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在机采成分血穿刺过程中采用快速静脉采血,可缩短穿刺时间,提高穿刺成功率,减少疼痛感,降低局部血肿发生率,效果确切。ObjectiveTo compare the application effect of two different methods of vein puncture in the blood donation of apheresis blood components in blood colection.Methods500 cases of healthy physical examination and who were taken blood many times in the blood center in Shenzhen City from February,2014 to February,2016 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups. In the observation group,they were taken blood by the quick superficial vein puncture,while in the control group,they were colected by the traditional vein puncture. Then,the puncture effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe puncture success rate in the observation group was 96.4%,which was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical difference,P〈0.05. The puncture time in the observation group was（2.19±0.17）s,while in the control group was（3.26±0.24）s,and the two groups were statisticaly significant,P〈0.05. In addition,the local hematoma in the observation group of 2%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference,P〈0.05. And the pain rate in the observation group was 6.0%, which was lower than that of the control group 14.0%,with statistical difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion In the process of blood sampling by using the machine,rapid venous blood sampling is adopted,which can shorten the puncture time,improve the puncture success rate,reduce the pain,and reduce the incidence of local hematoma,the effect is exact.
