摘　　要：本文阐述了采供血机构血液核酸检测实验室质量控制体系建立的过程,以及主要关键环节,包括人员和培训、质量体系文件、检测信息系统、环境和设施、仪器设备、试剂耗材、室内质控、环境监控等的质量控制要点,实验室核酸检测前、检测中、检测后过程中质量监控指标的应用。为各级采供血机构核酸检测实验室建设工作的标准化、规范化提供参考。This article demonstrates the foundation of quality control for nucleic acid based testing laboratory and some key chains,such as personnel and training, guidelines for quality,detection information system,environment and equipment,consumable material,internal quality control,environmental monitoring,the application for quality control before testing,while-testing and after testing. The article gives standards for blood transfusion services in the foundation of nucleic acid based testing laboratory.
