NICU加湿器不同用水中自然菌生长情况的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨符合医院感染管理规范的NICU加湿器用水种类、更换时限及加湿器的清洁消毒方法。方法将加湿器的水槽和水箱清洁消毒,选用灭菌注射用水、凉开水、成品纯净水和现制纯净水四种不同水质用水,加入加湿器水箱,常规加湿。在使用前、使用12 h、24 h和48 h后分别在水箱的换能器周围抽取样本,送检验科培养、检测。结果上述四种用水使用前的含菌量均在《医疗机构消毒技术规范》规定的医疗用水标准(100 cfu/ml)的范围内。随着使用时间的延长,水内含菌量逐渐增加。使用48 h,四种用水的含菌量全部超标。结论在NICU使用加湿器加湿,宜选用灭菌注射用水,每24 h清洁消毒加湿器水箱并更换用水,可保证加湿器达标运作。ObjectiveThis thesis is to explore the most suitable kind of water used in NICU humidifiers timing for water changing,as wel as the way to clean and sterilize humidifiers that wil wel match the Regulations on Hospital Infection Administration.Methods Cleaned and sterilized the water channel and tank of humidifiers before starting off,and selected four kinds of water that wil be used in humidifiers,sterile water for rejection,cold water, purified water and fresh-purified water. Al these kinds of water were used in humidifiers in a common way. During the experimental period,we respectively extracted different samples in transducers of water tanks before starting off,at 12 h,at 24 h and at 48 h. Then the samples are sent to be cultivated and detected in Clinical Laboratory.Results Before starting off,the amounts of bacteria in four kinds of water are wel match the Medical Disinfection Technical Specifications（100 cfu/ml）. But the amount of bacteria is growing during humidification. After 48 hours,the amount of bacteria was above standard.Conclusion The sterile water for rejection is most suitable to be used in humidifiers in NICU,but the water tank should be cleaned and the water should be changed every 24 hours,in order to make the humidifier work under normal conditions.
