摘　　要：随着医疗技术的发展,临床对无菌物品的消毒灭菌质量提出了更高要求;消毒供应中心是全院无菌物品的仓库,很多可重复使用医疗器械均在此消毒灭菌,专职消毒员的主要工作就是确保物品消毒灭菌质量。一位合格的消毒员要经过专业学习和培训,考核合格后方可上岗。对专职消毒员实施系统、规范的专业岗位培训,可有效提高物品灭菌质量,预防院内感染发生。With the development of medical technology,the quality of disinfection and sterilization of aseptic materials has been put forward higher requirements. Disinfection Supply Center is aseptic materials warehouse of Hospital,many reusable medical instruments in disinfection and sterilization,ful-time disinfection member＇s main work is to ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization for that goods. A qualified disinfectant to undergo professional learning and training,assessment of qualified rear can mount guard. The implementation of the system,standardized professional post training,can effectively improve the quality of sterilization of articles,prevention of nosocomial infection.
