摘 要:通过文献研究确定表征信息化与工业化水平的相关指标,用熵权法测算中国30个省(市、自治区)的工业化与信息化指数。然后采用Hansen于1996年提出的门限回归方法构建工业化与信息化对产业升级系数的门限回归方程,用以确定工业化与信息化水平对产业升级系数水平的影响。结果显示,新型工业化与信息化融合可以有效促进产业结构升级,金融支持与研发支出同样对产业结构升级的冲击效应明显。Through the literature research, the relevant indicators of the level of new industrialization and informatization are determined, and the new industrialization and informatization indexes of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China are measured by using the method of entro- py weight. Then the threshold regression equation of new industrialization and informatization to the industrial upgrading coefficient is proposed .by using the threshold regression method proposed by Hansen in 1996, so as to determine the influence of new industrialization and informatization level on the level of industrial upgrading. The results show that the new type of industrialization and informa- tion fusion can effectively upgrade the industrial structure, and the financial support and R&D ex- penditure have significant impact on the industrial structure upgrading.
