新能源材料与器件专业建设与人才培养模式探讨——以合肥工业大学为例

摘　　要："新能源材料与器件"专业是国家为顺应新能源发展而新设置的本科专业。文章以合肥工业大学为例,论述了该专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出了制定具有特色的人才培养目标以及改革教学方法和教学手段、提高师资队伍的综合素质、建立和完善人才培养质量的评价体系等措施,以全面提高该专业学生的培养质量。The major of new energy materials and devices is a new undergraduate major in China compl- ying with the development trend of new energy. Taking Hefei University of Technology as an exam- ple, the problems in the cultivation of students majoring in new energy materials and devices are dis- cussed. And some measures to improve the cultivation quality in this respect are proposed including setting up the target of talent cultivation in light of the characteristics of Hefei University of Technol- ogy, reforming the teaching methods and means, improving the comprehensive quality of teachers, and establishing and improving the evaluation system of the talent cultivation quality.
