摘  要:研究了透明成核剂NX8000对丙丁无规共聚物结晶性能、力学性能、耐热性能以及光学性能的影响。结果表明:成核剂的加入能够显著提高丙丁无规共聚物的结晶温度,降低球晶尺寸,使得力学性能显著提高,其中弯曲模量提高24.8%,常温冲击强度提高44.0%,雾度显著降低,由60.6%降低到5.87%,透明性显著提高。不同成核剂含量对丙丁无规共聚物的耐热性及透光率的影响不大。This paper studied the effect of transparent nucleating agent NX8000 on the properties of propylene/1-butylenerandom copolymer,including crystallization,mechanical properties,heat resistance and optical properties. With the incorporation ofthe nucleating agent,the crystallized temperature of propylene/1-butylene random copolymer was increased and the size of spherulitewas decreased. The mechanical properties were also highly enhanced with 24.8% of flexural modulus and 44.0% of impact strength atroom temperature. The haze was reduced greatly to 5.87% from 60.6%. The heat resistance and transmittance of propylene/1-butylenerandom copolymer were not severely influenced by the different contents of the nucleating agent.
