摘　　要：管道施工人员在沟下作业时,时常面临着管沟塌方,人员被土体掩埋的风险,现实中发生的多起事故均反映出缺氧窒息是被掩埋人员死亡的主要原因。为了保证遇险工人的安全,为沟下作业的工人装备氯酸钠氧烛,一旦管沟塌方将人员掩埋,遇险人员可立即启动氧烛装置,在一定时间内维持被埋状态下的氧气供应,保证人的呼吸,从而为营救行动争取宝贵时间,最大限度避免人员伤亡事故。When these constructors work in pipeline trench,there is high risk due to trench landslide. The main reason of lossof human life caused by landslide accident is the lack of oxygen. In order to protect these constructors in danger,it is necessary toequip the sodium chlorate oxygen device to them. Once the landslide accidence happens,these constructors can start the equipmentin time to supply oxygen gas to them. It can minimize the consequence of loss of human life.
