档案元数据核心集系统的设计研究

摘　　要：档案元数据核心集是依据魂系历史主义思想,从档案历史联系的三个维度(来源、事由、时间)提出的,它既是对档案元数据标准的一种精简,又承载着记录社会实践活动的历史使命。为了更好地记录和管理档案元数据核心集,构建档案元数据核心集系统势在必行。本文以档案元数据核心集系统的设计要求为基础,提出系统的整体设计框架,依据档案元数据核心集系统的设计原则,归纳档案元数据标准,最后介绍元数据的著录流程,并强调对著录后元数据进行动态维护的重要意义。Archive metadata core set is comefrom three dimensions of the archival historical relation,which is based on the thought of historical spirit, it is not only one compact form of archive meta？data standard, but also bearing the history missionof recording the social practice activity. In order tobetter record and manage the archive metadatacore set , it is imperative for building the system ofarchive metadata core set. This article is based onthe design requirement of archive metadata coreset system, put forward the overall design of thesystem framework, according to design principle ofarchive metadata core set, summarized the archivemetadata criterion, lastly explain the record work-flow of archive metadata, and emphasize the significance that it is important to dynamically maintainthe existing metadata.
